​I provide counselling and psychotherapy to couples and individuals and have substantial experience working with clients experiencing various life changes.

I’m also experienced in cross-cultural and expatriate issues, and recognise the challenge and difficulties that living in other countries can present having done so myself.   
 

Online Counselling throughout the UK. 

​If you prefer to relax in familiar surroundings while we work together, connect while you're travelling, or maybe the distance to get to a counsellor is just too great, then online counselling may be for you.  I use FaceTime or WhatsApp for online counselling as the majority of people enjoy the convenience that these platforms offer, and it quickly feels as comfortable as if we're in the same room together.

Prepayment through my Fees and Payment page is required to lock in your scheduled session for online counselling.  I’ll then email you some initial paperwork, such as a consent for services and a client intake form, both of which you’ll just email back to me.  That’s all it takes!
